West River Place is located at 265 West Main Street in Kent, Ohio. The building is a converted historic structure in downtown Kent located on the Riveredge Park. The building was built in 1925 on the site of an old quarry next to the Cuyahoga River. The Bissler family built the building to house their growing furniture sales business and a funeral parlor.
